ABOUT

Orange and Pip Theatre are a three-woman theatre company, formed in 2014. They performed at the Buxton Fringe with 'After Alice', and were nominated for the 2014 New Writing Fringe Award. Writer and performer Lilly Posnett has now been nominated 2 times for Excellence in New Writing at the Fringe. Actors Annie Osborne and Poppy Forshaw-Perring are seasoned performers at the Buxton Fringe and beyond. Annie was nominated for Young Actor in the Fringe Awards in 2011, as well as performing in the production of Red Red Shoes ("a captivating actor" - Fringe Review) which won the award for Young Drama in 2013. Poppy Forshaw-Perring has performed in numerous Buxton Fringe productions, including a version of Wyrd Sisters which was nominated for Best Young Drama.

 

Orange and Pip Theatre performed a production 'Ugly' at Buxton Fringe 2015, which sold out at Underground Venues.

 

In 2020, during the Coronavirus lockdown they created a brand new virtual play "Through The Screen" set entirely over video calls.
